We use the FEDEX Priority option for all the items. It usually takes 3-5 working days to dispatch the product and 3-4 business days for the delivery. We provide delivery all over the world except in China and Russia(updated 10th April'22).
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We gladly accept returns/refunds. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery in case of return.
We gladly accept cancellations also, contact us within 2 days of purchase.
Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery.
Because of the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care Instructions

• Water - eliminate water with a paper towel and let it dry
• Spills (wine, food, oil) - tenderly wet the stain with a blend of water and light cleanser. Stand by 2-3 minutes and eliminate dampness. Rehash until the stain eases up
• Dust and dry stains - vacuum the cushion sporadically
